Blessed Palms Day! Palm Sunday commemorates Jesus' triumphant entry into Jerusalem, where crowds waved palm branches, hailing him as the Messiah. This pivotal event is a cornerstone of Christian tradition.
The history unfolds in Jerusalem: Jesus rode into the city on a donkey, passing through the Mount of Olives and Kidron Valley, entering via the Golden Gate. The crowds laid palms and garments on his path, proclaiming "Hosanna!"
The Rum and Roots Team is touring the Temple Mount, exploring the ancient stones, and making their way to the Mount of Olives. They're soaking in the history and spirituality of the place, connecting with the events that shaped Christian faith.
