Welcome to allWomen.africa, a digital platform owned and operated by allWomen Connect (Pvt) Ltd, and powered by Co-op Pay SACCO and the Zimbabwe Women’s Microfinance Bank (ZWMB).

By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. About the Platform

allWomen.africa is a digital ecosystem designed to empower women through:

• Content creation and monetization
• Financial inclusion and cooperative participation
• Access to markets, opportunities, and education
• Community engagement and networking

The platform integrates financial services and cooperative tools provided through its partners.

2. Eligibility

To use this platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent where applicable)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities under your account
• Promptly notifying us of unauthorized use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that are fraudulent, abusive, or inactive.

4. Platform Services

allWomen.africa may provide:

• Digital wallets and payment integrations
• Marketplace listings and transactions
• Content publishing tools (blogs, videos, live sessions)
• Investment and cooperative participation opportunities
• Access to financial products via partner institutions

All financial services are subject to the terms of the respective provider.

5. Payments and Financial Transactions

Payments processed on the platform may be facilitated through:

• Mobile money
• Bank transfers
• Digital wallets

By using these services, you agree that:

• Transactions are subject to third-party processing rules
• Fees may apply
• Some transactions may be irreversible once processed

Financial services are powered by partner institutions and governed by their policies.

6. Content Ownership and Use

• Users retain ownership of the content they create
• By uploading content, you grant the platform a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it
• You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes on rights

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

8. Cooperative and Financial Participation

• Partner institution terms and conditions
• Risk acknowledgment by the user

Returns are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

9. Privacy

10. Prohibited Activities

You may not:
