Choc-Kits Classic Choc 500G
Usage:
Ingredients:10 Bakers Choc-Kits classic biscuits chopped into bite-sized pieces.300g Greek yoghurt.3 egg yolks.250ml icing sugar.5ml vanilla essence.3 egg whites.250ml cream.Method:Mix together the yoghurt, egg yolks, icing sugar, and vanilla essence.Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.In a separate bowl, beat the cream and fold into the yoghurt mixture with the beaten egg whites. Lastly, fold in the chopped Bakers Choc-Kits® classic biscuits.Pour into a suitable container and place in a deep freeze for about 6 hours or until frozen.Scoop into balls using an ice-cream scoop. Serve sprinkled with extra crushed Bakers Choc-Kits® classic biscuits.
Storage:
Keep cool and dry. Store in an airtight container once opened.
