The CDF Debenture Issue has 50 million Co-op Debentures with a nominal value of US$1 per each, offering investors a 12% coupon paid annually, with a 30 year maturity period.

The proceeds of this debenture issue will be dedicated to financing CDF housing development projects, aimed at expanding affordable and cooperative housing infrastructure.

Investors who subscribe to the debentures will receive fixed annual interest throughout the investment period and upon maturity will have the option to redeem the debentures for their original invested capital or apply the value of their debenture holdings toward the purchase of completed houses developed under the CDF housing programme, thereby directly linking investment returns with long term housing ownership opportunities.
