Hwange Local Board Chairperson Councillor Peterson Ncube today took time to tour some of Council’s ongoing development projects as part of efforts to appreciate the progress being made on key initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and local economic activity.

Among the projects visited was the newly established vegetable market stall at Empumalanga’s DRC section, a facility expected to provide vendors with a more organised, clean and conducive trading environment while enhancing convenience for residents.

The visit reflects Council’s continued commitment to monitoring the implementation of its projects and ensuring that developments on the ground respond to the needs of the community. Such initiatives are part of Hwange Local Board’s broader drive to improve livelihoods, support small businesses and create orderly trading spaces across the town.
