We are proud to announce the Future Women Leaders Challenge—a digital-first leadership incubator designed to discover, amplify, and reward the next generation of African trailblazers.

We aren’t looking for the perfect walk; we’re looking for the perfect vision. We are moving away from traditional metrics and focusing on what truly moves the needle:

• Leadership Voice: Do you speak for those who cannot?

💰 The Hook: 10,000 Likes = US$5,000

We’re putting our money where our mission is. The first contestant to reach 10,000 verified likes on their leadership content will walk away with a US$5,000 Grand Prize.

Note: "Likes" only count on approved leadership categories. This isn't about viral selfies—it’s about viral purpose.

To compete, participants must build a digital portfolio on allWomen.africa documenting their journey across five core areas:

🚀 The Roadmap: Pilot to Pan-African

• Phase 1 (The Pilot): Launching at the University of Zimbabwe.

• Phase 2 (National Rollout): Expanding to MSU, NUST, Africa University, and CUT.

• Phase 3 (National Championship): The best from every campus compete for the title of “Miss Future Leader Zimbabwe.”

• Phase 4 (Continental Expansion): Taking the challenge to South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, and Ghana to find “Miss Future Africa Leader.”
