The allWomen.africa Market Makers Program is an innovative affiliate initiative designed to reward women who help grow the Zimbabwe Women’s Microfinance Bank (ZWMB) investor community. Through this program, members earn commissions by introducing others to buy ZWMB Preference Shares and contribute to co-operative investment opportunities on the allWomen.africa platform.

How the Program Works

Every Market Maker receives a unique affiliate link to share with friends, colleagues, and networks. When someone invests through their link — by purchasing ZWMB Preference Shares (US$1 each) or contributing to a registered co-operative — the Market Maker earns a commission on that transaction.

Commission Structure

• Level 1: 2.5% commission on direct sales (people you personally introduce)

• Level 2: 1.25% commission on your recruits’ referrals

• Level 3: 0.75% commission on the next level of referrals

This three-tier model means your earnings continue to grow as your network expands — even beyond your direct efforts.

You introduce 10 women, each buying 1,000 shares (US$1,000).

• Level 1 earnings = 10 × 1,000 × 2.5% = US$250

Example 2: Growing Your Network

Your 10 recruits each invite 5 more women, who each invest US$500.

• Level 2 earnings = 50 × 500 × 1.25% = US$312.50

Example 3: Reaching Level 3

Those 50 women each refer 5 more, who invest US$200.

• Level 3 earnings = 250 × 200 × 0.75% = US$375
