Co-op Pay SACCO (Chapter 24:05) invites applications for Member Relations Officer. Only registered members may apply; applicants must first open a Cooperator Account and formally join the SACCO.

Based at Karigamombe Centre (18th Floor, opening 15 May), we deliver services rivaling traditional banks via our Cooperator Account. This is a part-time, honorarium-based role.

Responsibilities: nboard new members, manage accounts, handle inquiries/complaints, and promote SACCO products. You will focus on engagement, satisfaction, and retention to ensure a positive member experience. Reports to the SACCO Manager.

Requirements: Approachable, service-oriented members with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be committed to excellent member service and cooperative growth.
