Co-op Pay SACCO, established under the Co-op Societies Act [Chapter 24:05], invites applications for the position of Treasurer. This part-time, honorarium-based role is open to registered members (applicants must join by opening a Cooperator Account). The SACCO, located at Karigamombe Centre (18th Floor), opens 15 May to revolutionize Zimbabwean banking through cooperative services.

The Treasurer oversees the SACCO’s financial affairs, ensuring compliance, proper records, and safeguarding assets, reporting to the Management Committee. It is an oversight role, not daily bookkeeping. We seek individuals with high integrity, financial literacy, and experience in accounting/finance to support sustainable growth.

Duties: Financial oversight, reviewing reports, monitoring income/expenditure, and governance.
