Construction of two classroom blocks at Katakura Secondary School which started in late Nov 2020 are now complete.The council is focused to fulfil Vision 2030 by ensuring that children in the district have access to quality education. This project was funded by Devolution funds and World Vision. The community also contributed immensily with all locally available resources and labour.
