*Health Tip courtesy of UTANO CLINIC:*
Add color to your plate
Aim for 2-3 different colors of fruits and vegetables every day.
Red tomatoes, green leafy veggies, orange carrots, purple cabbage — each color brings different vitamins, antioxidants, and fiber that boost immunity, gut health, and energy.
Small plates, big protection.

GLO SPOTLIGHT
Trevor Ncube
_Chairman, Alpha Media Holdings | Host, In Conversation with Trevor | Defender of Press Freedom_
He bet on truth when it was expensive.
Trevor Ncube built Alpha Media Holdings into one of Zimbabwe’s biggest independent media groups. _NewsDay, The Standard, The Zimbabwe Independent, Southern Eye_ — all under one roof, all committed to holding power accountable.
He’s also the host of _In Conversation with Trevor_, where presidents, CEOs, and change-makers sit down for the kind of interviews that actually make headlines. Calm questions. Hard truths. No spin.
From Harare to Johannesburg, he’s chaired newsrooms, survived shutdowns, and still showed up to publish the next day. A businessman, yes. But more than that — a believer that a free press is the backbone of a free society.
*Glo Spotlight Takeaway:*
Spotlights don’t follow trends.
They find the people building institutions in the storm, and let integrity do the talking.

A young man + poverty + big dreams + a surgeon who offers "help" = ritual. Then consequences.
Book Review: bit.ly/44dfjfv
MUD looks at _JABU_ by ELIZABETH TADERERA: an APAPA Award-winning novel now prescribed in Zimbabwean O-Level classrooms. It is a gripping exploration of suffocating desperation, poverty, and the dark architecture of unchecked ambition. Taderera pulls back the curtain on the sensationalised headlines of 'muti' stories to give us something far more unsettling: the full, devastating human context of societal decay. Blending social realism with supernatural elements, _Jabu_ asks difficult questions about what people are willing to sacrifice in pursuit of success. This is a novel about hunger — not just for money, but for status, escape, and the illusion of arrival — and Taderera handles that hunger with striking discipline.
