We invite women congregants of the Johane Masowe Chishanu Apostolic Church who are involved in, or interested in expanding, broiler chicken production to apply to participate in our structured annual broiler chicken offtake program. Through this initiative, we aim to organize and aggregate chickens produced by women within the church so they can be supplied into reliable markets across Zimbabwe through a coordinated offtake arrangement. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to enter into annual supply agreements based on their production capacity and supply broiler chickens in batches throughout the year. Women able to produce between 500 and 10,000 broiler chickens per year are encouraged to apply so we can assess the available supply and coordinate market access for the congregation.

JMCAC, 2m US$1 CDEs @ 12% for 5yrs

The Johane Masowe Chishanu Apostolic Church (JMCAC) is issuing 2 million Co-op Debentures at a nominal value of US$1 each. These offer a 12% annual coupon over a 5-year maturity.

Proceeds will fund a poultry off-take scheme for JMCAC women, transitioning household rearing into a structured supply chain. CDE, the designated off-taker, will purchase and process chickens for resale to restaurants and fast-food chains. This initiative provides stable incomes, minimizes informal trading risks, and fosters a cooperative economy, while simultaneously creating jobs in logistics, processing, and distribution for youth and women.

The CDF Debenture Issue has 50 million Co-op Debentures with a nominal value of US$1 per each, offering investors a 12% coupon paid annually, with a 30 year maturity period.

The proceeds of this debenture issue will be dedicated to financing CDF housing development projects, aimed at expanding affordable and cooperative housing infrastructure.

Investors who subscribe to the debentures will receive fixed annual interest throughout the investment period and upon maturity will have the option to redeem the debentures for their original invested capital or apply the value of their debenture holdings toward the purchase of completed houses developed under the CDF housing programme, thereby directly linking investment returns with long term housing ownership opportunities.
